In the process of drilling rock with diamond composite arc angle bit, under certain conditions of other drilling parameters, the mechanical ROP of composite arc angle bit is related to rock properties. In order to analyze the influence of the rotating speed of the composite arc angle bit on the rock breaking efficiency, under the same rock properties, the WOB is set as 10 kn. Through the analysis of the impact load, it is found that the mechanical ROP under the impact load is significantly higher than that without the impact load, and the mechanical ROP of the composite arc angle bit increases linearly with the increase of the rotating speed of the bit. Therefore, The impact load can obviously improve the mechanical ROP of the bit. If only the influence of rotating speed on rock breaking efficiency is considered and the rotating speed of the bit is changed under the condition of constant WOB, it is found that the rotating speed has little effect on the mechanical ROP of the bit. The analysis shows that the wear resistance of hard rock is strong, resulting in the change of rock breaking mode of composite arc angle bit from normal cutting to grinding. Therefore, under the condition of constant WOB, Increasing the rotating speed of composite arc angle bit has little effect on the ROP. Similarly, given the rotating speed of 120 R / min, the influence of WOB on ROP under the condition of impact or not is analyzed. Whether there is impact or not, the mechanical ROP of composite arc angle bit increases approximately linearly with WOB, Moreover, the ROP of composite arc angle bit under impact load is significantly higher than that without impact load
