Article 1 safety technical requirements
1. Must receive professional safety knowledge training and master professional disaster prevention and avoidance knowledge.
2. Strictly implement the post responsibility system and various accident prevention measures, and master various drilling construction methods.
3. The operation site shall ensure reliable air volume. The drilling in the windless place must be ventilated by specially installing local ventilation or wind barrier, strong wind and air duct. It is strictly prohibited to stop air, water and power during drilling.
4. The site shall be reinforced and supported. The drilling yard shall meet the design requirements, shall not be crowded with each other, and the equipment and drilling tools shall be placed in order.
5. During drilling, the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the hole position calibrated by the engineering and technical personnel and the orientation, angle, space depth and hole diameter specified in the construction measures, and shall not be changed without consent.
6. It is strictly prohibited to use drilling equipment other than coal safety signs and drill holes with an inclination greater than 25 ° to manually trip out and down.
7. There must be a special telephone at the construction site to maintain normal communication.
Article 2 technical requirements for preparation operation
1. After the new drilling equipment comes in, first fill the equipment with the required hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc. according to the instructions. The new equipment shall be installed and debugged on the ground in advance, and can be used in the well only after the drilling personnel have mastered the performance of the machine through the technical training of the manufacturer.
2. Files shall be established for each equipment (including ex factory date, service life, large, medium and small maintenance status, vulnerable parts, number of construction holes, cumulative footage, etc.).
3. Slips of drilling equipment frequently used shall be replaced regularly. Hydraulic oil, gear oil, butter, etc. Timely check and maintain the pressure gauge, control valve, sealing ring, oil pipeline, multi-directional change valve, etc., so as to keep the drilling equipment in good condition.
4. The drilling equipment shall be cleaned, maintained and derusted frequently. When it is not used for a long time, the moving parts shall be coated with butter and wrapped.
5. Before entering the well, check whether the machinery, hydraulic pressure, operating (longitudinal) valve and mud pump are intact and reliable, and do not go down the well with faults.
6. Check whether the wear of drill pipe, screw mouth (buckle), core pipe, screw head, variation joint and coupling exceeds the limit, whether the drill pipe is bent, whether the drill (rod) tool has small cracks (cracks), and whether the steel sleeve, plunger, sealing diagram, steel ball and ball seat of the water pump are intact.
7. The equipment, tools and materials required for the drilling project shall be brought according to the design requirements.
8. The drilling rig shall not enter the well until its explosion-proof performance is qualified by relevant departments.
9. Self made wheels shall be installed at the bottom of the drilling rig. During transportation on the track, the center of gravity shall be stable, and shall not tilt forward or tilt back, and shall not exceed the height and width. Anti collision settings shall be made at both ends, and manual carts shall be used as far as possible.
10. When the drilling rig is transported on the truck, it must be bound firmly, and shall not be too long, too wide, too high or overweight. Otherwise, it shall be disassembled and loaded and comply with the relevant provisions of underground transportation. During underground transportation in high gas mines, cushions shall be set at both ends of the car plate to avoid sparks caused by collision. The removed parts shall be packed in a covered box, and the parts that are easy to be lost shall be brought by the floormen.
Article 3 general operation technical requirements
1. The construction shall be carried out according to the hole position calibrated by the engineering and technical personnel and the orientation, angle and borehole inclination prevention measures specified in the construction measures, and shall not be changed without the consent of the technical personnel.
2. Drillers shall be neatly and neatly dressed, and their lapels, cuffs and trouser legs shall be tightened.
3. When opening and closing the switch, concentrate your energy, keep your hands on the button and your eyes on the drill, observe and obey the driver's orders at any time, and start and close the switch accurately, timely and quickly.
4. It is forbidden to brake the mechanical operation part directly with hands and feet, and it is forbidden to put tools and other articles on the protective cover of drilling rig, water pump and motor.
5. When holding the handle, stand on one side of the vertical shaft and handle, and do not close to the drilling rig. No one is allowed to stand within the moving range of the feed handle behind and in front of the drilling rig, so as to prevent high-pressure water from jacking out the drilling tool or turning over the feed handle to hurt people. The pressure shall be uniform, and the drilling method and pressure shall be adjusted in time according to the situation in the hole.
6. When drilling with clean water, sufficient water shall be ensured, and dry drilling is not allowed. In order to prevent buried drilling, when the drilling tool runs down to 1-2m from the hole bottom, start pumping water immediately, and drill only after seeing the normal return water.
7. In the process of drilling, once "soft", "empty", "water" and variable layer are found, the drilling shall be stopped immediately, the residual ruler shall be measured, and the depth and changes in the hole shall be recorded.
8. If water gushing is found in the hole, the water pressure and quantity shall be measured.
9. In case of loose coal and rock, slope, incoming pressure, water or sudden increase of water volume and water pressure in the hole or top drilling, the drilling must be stopped immediately, but the drill pipe shall not be pulled out, and the drill pipe shall not be directly or arbitrarily crossed. Report to the mine dispatching room quickly, and send personnel to monitor the water situation.
10. After penetrating the old air, the tile inspector shall check whether there is harmful gas overflow, and the drilling shall be handled in strict accordance with the requirements of the operation procedures.
11. During drilling, the operator is not allowed to leave the drilling rig, and "two listening" and "three viewing" shall be carried out, i.e. listening to the operation sound of the machine and the vibration sound in the hole: looking at the vibration of the operating handle, feed pressure and drilling speed, pressure gauge and return water, tape and joint. In case of any abnormality, the drilling shall be stopped in time.
12. During core drilling, the footage of each round shall not exceed the effective length of core pipe.
13. In case of mechanical failure or sudden power failure during drilling, the switch shall be disconnected immediately and the drilling tool shall be raised to a safe height manually.
14. "Four inspections" shall be carried out: drilling tool tripping inspection, post accident inspection in the hole, footage inspection and inspection when preparing the drilling tool; The "three no go" screw thread is unqualified, the drilling tool is seriously worn, and the bending of the drill pipe exceeds the standard; "Three look at the pressure gauge, footage and water return from the borehole;" Second, listen to "listen to the sound of the machine and the vibration in the hole" I. deal with abnormal conditions in time. It is strictly prohibited to drill footage when there is no water return at the orifice.
Article 4 technical requirements for special operation
1. When water exploration and drainage is carried out before driving near the ponding area or before discharging the ponding of flooded wells and roadways, the construction shall be carried out according to the prepared water exploration and drainage design and the orientation, angle and hole depth of safety measures. It shall not be changed without the consent of engineering technicians.
2. When exploring and discharging water in the mining face, in case of the following circumstances, the water exploration and discharging operation determined by the engineering and technical personnel shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the mine hydrogeological regulations (Trial) and the regulations on water prevention and control in mines.
(1) When it is close to the flooded and possible ponding roadway, goaf or adjacent coal mine.
(2) It is close to aquifer, hydraulic fault, karst cave and hydraulic collapse column, etc.
(3) When opening the isolation coal pillar for water drainage.
(4) When approaching the fault structural zone that may be connected with rivers, lakes, reservoirs, reservoirs, wells, etc.
(5) When approaching a borehole with water potential.
(6) Close to the grouting area with water.
(7) Close to other areas where water may flow out.
3. The working face with strong confined aquifer at the bottom and water inrush risk must be constructed in strict accordance with the prepared special design and safety measures for water prevention and control.
4. Before installing the drilling rig in deep water, the following regulations must be observed:
(1) Strengthen roadway support within 10m in front and back of the drilling yard, lay solid columns and breast boards, and ensure smooth safety passage.
(2) Clear the roadway and dig the drainage ditch. When the water exploration borehole is located in the low-lying part of the roadway, it must be equipped with drainage equipment suitable for the water exploration and drainage, so that the pump can be started for drainage at any time when the water is discharged.
(3) A dedicated telephone shall be installed at or near the drilling site.
(4) Engineering technicians and water exploration and drainage personnel shall visit the site in person to determine the location, orientation, angle, depth and number of boreholes of main water exploration and drainage holes according to the design.
5. Before water exploration and drilling in areas with high water pressure, the installation of water exploration and drainage drilling hole orifice pipe and its fixing method must meet the design requirements.
6. When operating the drilling rig, the following regulations shall be observed:
(1) When operating high-voltage electrical appliances, wear insulating gloves, insulating boots and insulating pads.
(2) No one is allowed to stand within the movement range of the feed handle behind and in front of the water exploration and drainage rig to prevent high-pressure water from jacking out the drilling tool or turning over the feed handle.
(3) Measures shall be taken to prevent the motor from moisture during the construction of water exploration drilling rig.
7. The lower orifice pipe and lower casing shall be subject to pressure test. Drilling can be continued only after reaching the design pressure and installing the gate valve.
8. When the pressure in the borehole is too high, the method of back pressure and blowout prevention device shall be adopted, and measures shall be taken to prevent the sudden bulging of orifice pipe and coal (rock) wall.
9. In case of soft soil, slope, incoming pressure, sudden increase of water pressure and water volume in the drilling, and abnormal conditions such as top drilling, the drilling must be stopped, but the drill pipe shall not be pulled out. The person in charge on site shall immediately report to the dispatching room and send someone to monitor the water situation. If a critical situation is found, all personnel threatened by water must be evacuated immediately, and then measures shall be taken to deal with it.
10. The exploration and drainage of goaf water must comply with the following provisions:
(1) Before water exploration and drainage in the goaf, first analyze and find out the spatial position, ponding volume and water pressure of the water body in the goaf. When the ponding area in the goaf is higher than the position of the water exploration and drainage point, only the drilling rig is allowed to explore and drain water.
(2) The drainage hole must hit the water body in the goaf, monitor the whole drainage process and check the drainage volume until the goaf is drained.
(3) Before drilling water discharge, the water discharge volume must be estimated and controlled according to the drainage capacity of the rear road and the capacity of the water tank.
(4) When discharging water, special personnel shall be assigned to monitor the water outlet of side drilling, measure the water volume and water pressure, and make records.
(5) If the water volume changes suddenly, it must be handled in time and reported to the dispatching room immediately.
11. After penetrating the goaf, if there is no water flowing out of the hole and harmful gas gushing out after inspection by the gas inspector, the drilling must be stopped immediately and sealed with wooden plug or yellow mud.
12. When dredging the drilling hole, the operator is not allowed to operate the drill pipe directly.
